Not an easy set of hangers to find! The set is in fine condition but not quite mint. I'm sure that they were used but not abused. The clips show minor finish loss, but both buckles and the upper suspension clip are superb. This is actually normal, as the finish on the clips is very fragile, being only a thin silver wash. The finish here is normally somewhat worn, because the clips would be handled more when attaching or detaching the dagger, and would naturally rub against the uniform, sleeve, and so on. Still, except for the ultra light soiling, they're very fresh and near mint!
