This is a very famous piece by the Rosenthal Porcelain company. I know they did a Goering, and they also did one other leader, but I can't recall which other one. The Hitler one is the rarest, because as you can imagine, these were broken and smashed immediately following the cessation of hostilities, as families sought to disavow support for (and as it seems sometimes, knowledge of) Hitler! What makes this piece extremely special is the fact that it is housed in the original presentation frame, which was provided by Rosenthal. The back even has the Rosenthal sticker attached! This is a very rare and exciting piece of history by artist Willy Exner. The ceramic piece itself measures 9.5 x 7.6 inches, the frame measures a total size of 10.25 x 12.25 inches on the outside and has an opening of 9 x 7 inches.
